Sleaford Oktoberfest 2020 – Cancelled

Many partners have been involved for several years, some since our first outing in 2011.  The 2019 event raised nearly £11,500 for charity and good causes.  Without the volunteers, sponsors and generosity of suppliers this would not be possible.

This year would have been our 10th anniversary and we were looking forward to putting on another spectacular Oktoberfest.  Unfortunately the Coronavirus pandemic has impacted on many large events and Sleaford Oktoberfest 2020 is included in that.  Local authorities are not currently able to approve large group events and without the virus being suitably under control it is with regret that we have made the decision to cancel this year’s festival.

We do however plan to be back, bigger and better in 2021.  Save the date, 16-18 September 2021, back at Boston Road Recreation Ground in Sleaford.  In the meantime we look forward to assisting Father Christmas in his travels around Sleaford in December.
