Here’s your full line up for 2017. Featuring 40 real ales and 19 ciders as well as 4 continental beers. Carlsberg lager and Thatchers Gold cider on tap!

8 SAIL BREWERY, HECKINGTON

MILLSTONE (4.5%) — A modern premium bitter with a good balance of malt flavours and hops.

ROLLING STONE (4.3%) — A ‘stone-ground’ pale ale using locally grown barley milled at the Heckington 8 sailed windmill.

WINDMILL (3.8%) — A pale amber session bitter with a nice blend of malt and hops.

BANKS’S BREWERY, WOLVERHAMPTON

AMBER (3.8%) — Deep gold in colour, Banks’s Amber Bitter is an outstanding example of classic English ale.  A bitter that resonates with tangy and refreshing flavours.

BLAZIN’ FURY (4.1%) — Amber beer with a warming gentle ginger spice.

SUNBEAM (4.2%) — A gloriously zesty blonde, releasing tangy citrus and grapefruit overtones.

BATEMAN’S BREWERY, WAINFLEET

GOLD [previously YELLA BELLY GOLD] (3.9%) — A bright gold/yellow colour brewed with lager malt and American Cascade and Chinook hops. A beer with a profound hop character but balanced by toasted malt and a big aroma and palate of bittersweet citrus fruit.

TITANIC PLUM PORTER (4.9%) — Multi award winning. Dark strong and well rounded, the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring.

SALEM PORTER (4.7%) — A dry roast, nutty palate, with a splendid hop flavour and a rich malty finish.

TEXAN TRIPLE HOP (4.2%) — Triple hopped and triple fermented to create a beer with a mouthful of hops.

XB (3.7%) — Classic amber, English pale ale crafted with crisp Lincolnshire malt and silky hops to create a grainy quaffable beer.

XXXB (4.5%) — Classic English tawny pale ale, brewed by blending crisp malts and floral hops to create a lush, fruity beer sensation.

BLACK SHEEP BREWERY, MASHAM

BEST BITTER (3.8%) — Peppery hop in the mouth with a long, bitter finish. A classic well-hopped and beautifully balanced beer with a deeply satisfying and refreshing taste that is followed by a distinctively dry and long bitter finish.

CHARLES WELLS, BEDFORD

BOMBARDIER (4.1%) — It practically marches up to the doors of taste and boots them in. This triple gold medal winning real ale combines peppery aromas with the perfect balance of malty richness, tangy hops and sultana fruit on the palate; with a long, soft, spicy finish. Spicy and fruity…Bang On!

JENNINGS BREWERY, COCKERMOUTH

COCKER HOOP (4.6%) — An award-winning golden bitter from an all malt brew, with Styrian Golding hops added at various stages, to give a classic hop flavour and aroma.

CUMBERLAND ALE (4.0%) VEGAN — A superb golden coloured ale, brewed with English pale ale malt using only the finest English aromatic hops. Full flavoured with a delicate hop character making this beer ideal for the demanding, modern beer drinker.

SNECKLIFTER (5.1%) — An award winning beer, a strong, satisfying ale, wonderfully warming and full of complex flavours, which create an intriguing beer of great character.

MARSTON’S BREWERY, WOLVERHAMPTON

61 DEEP [Previously PEDIGREE NEW WORLD PALE ALE] (3.8%) — Five American and Australian hops.  Fresh, zesty aroma.  Tropical fruit and citrus notes.  Dive in..

OLD EMPIRE (5.7%) — Goldings, Fuggles and American Cascade hops.  Crisp, citrus hop aroma.  Balance, bittersweet finish.  Strong and very memorable.

PEDIGREE (4.5%) VEGAN — It has a dry hop aroma with a full range of complex flavours. The melding of nut, fruit and winey flavours create a smooth and very drinkable satisfying whole.

SADDLE TANK (3.8%) — Clean, bright and full flavoured.  Malty, biscuit taste throughout.  A balanced everyday beer.  All aboard.

NEWARK BREWERY, NEWARK

BEST (3.8%) — Smooth balanced traditional amber deep copper colour.

BLH4 (4.0%) — Palest of malts, oodles of Amarillo & Willamette a stand out pale.

NEWARK PALE ALE (3.8%) — Pale straw fresh, sweet/dry IPA style. Modern but traditional English style IPA.

NORWEGIAN BLUE (4.0%) — Deep golden modern pale ale. Grapefruit & orange citrus notes.

PHOENIX (4.8%) — Amber/russet mountains hops lift this deep malt sweetness without being overly bitter.

POACHERS BREWERY, NORTH HYKEHAM

LINCOLN BEST (4.2%) — Flavoursome traditional Best Bitter. A dark brown full flavoured malty beer with a delicious bitter aftertaste.

POACHERS PRIDE (4.0%) — Amber bitter brewed using East Kent Golding hops producing a wonderful flavour and aroma that lingers.

SHY TALK (3.7%) — A crisp tasting session beer, golden pale in colour. Very refreshing with citrus overtones.

RINGWOOD BREWERY, RINGWOOD

BOONDOGGLE (4.2%) — Boondoggle is an American term first coined in the 1920’s a word meaning ‘work of little value’ which we have interpreted to mean ‘Jolly’ or ‘any excuse for a pint’. A hoppy aroma with a citrus punch. A well balanced moreish fruity taste.

OLD THUMPER (5.6%) — Ringwood’s most iconic beer, first brewed in late 1979 without a name. A competition in the local press inspired a suitable suggestion! Peppery, spicy aroma with a hint of apples. Luscious balance of grain and hop in the mouth. Bitter sweet finish with delicate fruit notes.

RAZORBACK (3.8%) — Previously known as Best Bitter, The perfect supping beer. Our first brew and still a favourite tipple. Tempting hop aroma with fruit notes. Good malt feel in the mouth, dry, tangy fruit finish.

SHARP’S BREWERY, CORNWALL

DOOM BAR (4.0%) — An enticing aroma of resinous hop, sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a balanced, complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malt and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. The finish is dry and refreshing.

LANCASTER BOMBER (4.4%) — Full bodied amber beer with malty aroma.

FUSION 4 (4.0%) — Complex citrus, herbal and tropical flavours from a quartet of cutting-edge hops.

WYCHWOOD BREWERY, WITNEY

HOBGOBLIN (4.5%) VEGAN — You get lovely spicy hops, juicy malt and a very light hint of apple fruit.

HOBGOBLIN GOLD (4.2%) — While Gold might be lighter in colour than the little fella’s moniker, it’s definitely no lightweight. A combination of six hop varieties and an infusion of wheat and malted barley has resulted in the perfect golden beer, with a huge hop punch.

RIPSAW RYE (3.7%) — Rich caramelised flavours with a spicy hop aroma create a beer to really get your teeth into!

THATCHERS GOLD (4.8%) — Using the best of Thatchers’ traditional approach and modern techniques for a refreshing cider with a smooth appley taste and a bright sparkle.

BOTTLE KICKING – APPLE & MANGO (4.0%) — A classic tropical combination that perfectly complements this Leicestershire cider.

FARMER JIMS – RHUBARB BOB (4.0%) — This gorgeous coloured cider is one of the most popular and different sweet ciders you can get – medium tangy rhubarb blended with a gentle vanilla sweetness. Like a liquid version of rhubarb crumble and ice cream.

FARMER JIMS – ROOTIN’ TOOTIN’ (4.0%) — A spicy mix of freshly ground ginger and tart raspberry.

LILLEY’S CIDER BARN – LEMON & LIME (4.0%) — Delicious blend of lemon and lime juice with Somerset apple cider.

MILLWHITES – BLACKBERRY BLUSH (4.0%) — A late summer medium/dry cider, now available year round made with a blend of our Original Scrumpy and blushed with blackberry juice.

MILLWHITES – STRAWBERRY (4.0%) — This medium/sweet cider blends our Original Scrumpy with a dash of sweet strawberry juice creating an easy drinking fruit cider with a hint of strawberry on the finish.

OAKHAM ORCHARD PIG – MAVERICK CHILLI & GINGER (4.0%) — An initial nose of citrus and orchard apple. Sweet Ginger and honey in the first sip, with a chilli bite.

BROADOAK – PHEASANT PLUCKER (4.5%) — A traditional cloudy Somerset dry cider with a full bodied flavour obtained from handpicked bitter sweet West Country apples.

WESTONS – COUNTRY PERRY (4.5%) — English Perry made in Herefordshire. Fermented and fully matured in old oak vats to develop an exquisite, delicate, light and fruity character. Softly floral with a clear natural pale straw colour.

WESTONS – ROSIE PIG (4.8%) — Rosie Pig is an easy drinking cloudy cider with a fresh apple flavour with hints of citrus and spice.

MILLWHITES – APPLES & PEARS (5.0%) — A fine traditional, unfiltered cider with a rich haze crafted from a blend of specially selected apples including Dabinett and Somerset Redstreak.

WESTONS – FAMILY RESERVE (5.0%) — A clear bright still cider with a smooth, well balanced fruity flavour and clean apple finish. Formerly known as 1st Quality.

MOLES BREWERY – BLACK RAT (6.0%) — A dry, award winning, premium English cider. Unpasteurised, maintaining the apple’s full flavour, Black Rat Cider has a fresh apple aroma, a smooth taste, a crisp clean finish with a bright and lightly sparkling appearance.

SKIDBROOKE – FARMHOUSE DRY CIDER (6.0%) — A dry full flavoured farmhouse style cider.

LILLEY’S CIDER BARN – CRAZY GOAT (6.8%) — A medium sweet mix of perry and cider expertly blended giving it a mouth-watering juicy flavour.

WESTONS – OLD ROSIE CLOUDY SCRUMPY (7.3%) — This still cider is allowed to settle out naturally after fermentation resulting in a truly old fashioned, full flavoured, appley, cloudy scrumpy, with a well balanced medium dry character.

BROADOAK – KINGSTON BLACK (7.4%) — A single variety cider made from the Kingston Black apple making a dry copper coloured cider.

BROADOAK – BOOTLEGGER MOONSHINE (7.5%) — Very pale cider, with fruity flavour, dry bite, with a medium finish.

LAGER ON TAP

CARLSBERG (4.5%) — A Pilsner style lager originating from Copenhagen, Denmark, brewed using a yeast ‘Saccharomyces Carlsbergensis’ that became the basis for many modern-day lagers.

CONTINENTAL BEERS

KALTENBERG (4.1%) — Kaltenberg beers are brewed using only the finest ingredients: 2 row summer barley varieties are specially selected and quality. The finest hop varieties from the premier growing areas are graded and analysed and only the best are chosen to give the distinctive Kaltenberg hop aroma profile.

BITBURGER (4.8%) — A full-bodied, light German pilsner. Its popular, dry-finished, hoppy taste has secured Bitburger Premium Beer its position as Germany’s number 1 draught beer.

HOEGAARDEN (4.8%) — Features an aroma of orange peel, coriander and herbs the merry monks imported from sunny Curacao. Light yellow and naturally murky, the soft foam adds a cloudy finish. A soft taste, light and slightly sweet and sour and with subtle citrus notes.

WARSTEINER (4.8%) — An international premium pilsener with a unique, slightly tart taste experience. Exceptional top quality ingredients with an exquisite premium character. Pleasantly light thanks to especially soft brewing water.
